In the event that an exchange or return is required, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email email@example.com with the details of your concern along with proof of purchase and please include photos where possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may require you to return the product at your cost, in which case we will provide a return address.
Where a refund has been determined, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can issue a credit note for future purchases.
